How far in advance should I book?+
Color services book out 3-4 weeks in advance. Cuts can usually be accommodated within 1-2 weeks.
Do you offer consultations?+
Yes — every new color client starts with a complimentary 15-minute consult so we can plan the right approach together.
What products do you use?+
We're an Olaplex-certified salon and use Davines, Oribe, and K18 for treatments. All products are cruelty-free.
Can you fix box dye?+
Usually yes, though it may require multiple sessions. We always assess in-person first and give you an honest plan.
What's your cancellation policy?+
We ask for 48 hours notice. Late cancellations are charged 50% of the service. We totally get emergencies — just let us know.
Do you offer gift cards?+
Yes — purchase gift cards in any amount through our site or in-studio.
